"Got it sorted in the end"
I had a problem with my order, at first it was annoying, annoying trying to get it fixed. Support did get back to me though, and after a few messages they sorted it out. It wasn’t super fast, no no, but they did resolve it in the end. I’d say 3 stars feels fair.

I booked my appointment through Irvin Simon, it was straightforward. The site loaded without any issues, and I didn’t have to dig through a bunch of pages just to figure out where to go.
I picked my time, got the confirmation quickly, and that was that. I don’t really see what there is to complain about when an online booking process actually works the way it’s supposed to. I’d use it again.

"My son is usually shy when…"
My son is usually shy when it comes to getting photos taken, but he actually relaxed here because they didn’t rush him at all, they just gave him a little time to settle in and get comfortable, and that made such a big difference for us because the pictures turned out really nice but what I appreciated most was seeing him feel okay and not pressured.

I ordered this after spending way too long comparing options while drinking coffee at my kitchen table, and I’m really happy with it. The print quality came out great, with clean details and nice colors. Definitely better than I expected.

"Works, but not exactly speedy"
It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much. I was happy it worked at all, but wow, it can be kinda slow sometimes. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying when you’re waiting around. Overall it’s fine, maybe even good, but also I expected it to be a bit quicker.

I liked that they had a few different package options instead of pushing one expensive bundle. I just picked the one that made the most sense for us, and checkout was simple. I ordered from irvinsimon.com and the package came to me looking clean, which I was kind of relieved about. It wasn’t smashed or messed up, and the stuff inside was packed safe and nice. No dents, no ripped corners, nothing weird like that, so yeah, I’m happy with how it arrived

"Pretty decent, but a few rough edges"
I used them for some image cropping and a couple of small edits because I was trying to clean up a few pictures for something I was working on over the weekend. Overall, the results were fine and definitely usable, but I did notice a few edges that looked a little strange if you zoomed in. Not a bad experience at all, I just expected the final work to look a bit cleaner.

"Price Could Be Clearer Upfront"
The experience was okay overall, but I had to ask before I could find out the full cost. I think it’s only fair for customers to know the total price upfront so they can make an informed decision without having to dig for it

"A little all over the place"
The sessions were okay, but they felt kind of unorganized at times. The timing could’ve been better, and then some parts felt rushed while others dragged a bit. I did get some value out of it, but the flow just wasn’t really there, if that makes sense
